Safety and what you can send
Tell us exactly what is inside. The carrier may inspect or refuse a parcel if its contents do not match this declaration. Prohibited or undeclared items may be reported, removed, or charged back to the sender.

- Alcohol
- Tobacco
- Foods
- Plants & seeds
- Animal products

How declarations are handled
- Every shipment records a category, a specific description and a declared value.
- Your declaration is versioned. This shipment set uses policy version policy-2026.02, so we can always show which wording applied.
- Carriers see the declared category before they offer, and may inspect or refuse at pickup.
- Boxrun operations also review declarations that look inconsistent with the parcel details — the declaration is not the only control.
- Shipment protection is an optional add-on with set limits and exclusions. It is not an insurance contract.
