What we collect
Account and company details, shipment details including pickup and delivery addresses, contents declarations, messages, delivery proof and, for transport companies, verification documents.
Masked addresses
Public listings and search results show city and country only. Street addresses and phone numbers stay hidden until a booking makes disclosure necessary.
Who sees contact details
The booked transport company and its assigned driver, the recipient where the sender shares a tracking link, and our operations team when reviewing a declaration, exception or claim.
Evidence and proof
Delivery photos, signatures, loading photos and claim evidence are stored privately and shown only to the parties on that booking and our operations team.
Tracking links
Guest tracking and recipient links expire, can be revoked, and never expose the sender's full address or phone number.
Retention and your rights
Shipment and financial records are kept as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling. Ask us through the contact form to access, correct or delete your personal data.
